Don't build 32bit libs. The respective libs just need to be included in
ia32-libs itself. The only packages that should build 32bit libs are
those required to build the toolchain. And they need to be in
ia32-libs-core for ia64 as well.

What libs are those? Skype used to work fine with ia32-libs.
