debdiff against the version in unstable shows that there's a new theme
in the package, which is licensed under GPLv3 according to
gui/ExampleTheme/Rhea/COPYING. Another new file is
gui/GSTest/NSOpenPanel-test/GNUmakefile which has a GPLv2+ header.

debian/copyright just mentions GPL and LGPL, not which versions.

Then, the following sentence in debian/copyright is wrong or is at
least very misleading:

"... under the GNU Public License. This means if you make changes to
these programs, you cannot charge a fee, other than distribution
fees, for others to use the program."

GPL allows you to sell GPL'ed software for money. See
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#DoesTheGPLAllowMoney

Besides: GPL is not an abbreviation for the "GNU Public License", but
for "General Public License", because the short form is "GNU GPL".
Same counts for "GNU Lesser Public License" which correctly reads "GNU
Lesser General Public License". Both licenses are already named
correctly in the last paragraph of the file, but not in the paragraphs
above.

The remainder looks fine on a first glance.

P.S.: I'm not on the list.
