Note that these unnecessary versioned dependencies can be detected by
latest version of libconfig-model-perl with the following command:

  config-edit -application dpkg-control -ui none

If you want to get rid of the issues, type:

  config-edit -application dpkg-control -ui none -apply-fixes -save
