DEP5 and multiple copyrights for same file

Hi,

  I have question, about writing the copyright file, and using the DEP5
format.

In a source file of the package i'm building,
there is the following paragraph. Right on the middle of the file,
and it's covering the C function writen just below.

/*
 * ====================================================
 * Copyright (C) 1993 by Sun Microsystems, Inc. All rights reserved.
 *
 * Developed at SunPro, a Sun Microsystems, Inc. business.
 * Permission to use, copy, modify, and distribute this
 * software is freely granted, provided that this notice
 * is preserved.
 * ====================================================
 */

The author of the C file have put an GPL-2 header.

How should i DEP5 write that ?
The Sun's copyright dosn't have a 'license name'

License: GPL-2

Files: gtk/core_math2.cc
