RFS: libupnp and libupnp4 (updated packages)
Dear Mentors
My usual sponsor seems to be away at the moment, so I am looking for a
sponsor for the new versions of my two related packages libupnp and libupnp4.
This is chiefly to fix an FTBFS on Debian GNU/kFreeBSD in good time for
freeze, but I have been working with upstream and have included some
other pertinent fixes too.

libupnp3-dbg - debugging symbols for libupnp3
libupnp3-dev - Portable SDK for UPnP Devices, version 1.6 (development files)
The package appears to be lintian clean.
The upload would fix these bugs: 555386, 573319, 576068
