Dear mentors, I am looking for a sponsor for the new version 1:2.69-0.1 of my package "rss2email". It builds these binary packages: rss2email - receive RSS feeds by email I tried to contact the maintainer of this package, David Watson (CC'ed). Without response, I packaged the new upstream version to fix (at least) these bugs : 447144, 518410. The version in sid dates from 2009-04-25, so the new one adds a lot of new functionalities. For example, it is now possible to filter items based on the URL of their feed. It probably won't hit squeeze, though. I fixed several lintian warnings (missing source/format, etc), but there is still one remaining (level : pedantic) due to direct changes to upstream sources in the diff. I did not want to change that in a NMU.
