Just libpulse-dev b-dep seems insufficient, and as the program won't work
without pulseaudio, this means it should also be a dependency of the binary
package.
Alternatively, is it possible to make pulseaudio optional rather than
mandatory?
- Please completely remove the commented dh_ commands in debian/rules.
