linux-any arch

Hello,

i maintain and packages with other the ofed suite (infiniband packages)
pkg-ofed within Debian and i got a bug report
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=554715

who is suggesting the use of Architecture line into "linux-any", but when
checking the packages with lintian he told me that

W: libnes source: unknown-architecture linux-any

So i checked on the mailing list and found this discussion

http://www.mail-archive.com/debian-devel%40lists.debian.org/msg277967.html

So my question is can we use linux-any today or do we have to fix the
problem an other way ?

Cheers
