Done. I have tested the build successfully on i386 and amd64, but I
could only test the installation on i386.

Indeed, qt3-dev-tools can also provide /usr/bin/qmake. I replaced the
"qmake" occurrences with "qmake-qt4".

A new version has been uploaded.
