few additional comments:
* use python-support instead of python-central if you want to join
PAPT[1] at some point
* Architecture should be "all" not "any"
- some build dependencies can be moved to Build-Depends-Indep
- replace python-all-dev with python (>= 2.5)
* remove python2.5 from Build-Depends and make sure /usr/bin/gwibber's
shebang is set correctly
* remove Encoding field from desktop file (all desktop files should be
encoded in UTF-8)
* move postinst content do debian/rules (hint: dh_link)
* remove postrm (if it's really needed, there's a bug somewhere)
* provide get-orig-source rule (and use bzr's export command)
