I don't know, but a quick check gives:

ubuntu intrepid: still has lurker 2.1-10, unresolvable depends
redhat/fedora: cannot find lurker in their package databases at all
gentoo: ebuild uses a local copy of a mimelib tarball

I cannot find information about lurker in other distros. at least
opensuse does have lurker for sure, but I'm unfamilar with their package
information pages, so I didn't find relevant information.
