cimg-dev

Dear mentors,

The cimg-dev package needs some love, and it looks like a pretty
trivial package to update. Since the library itself is only a header
file, nothing compiled, it's all rather simple.

However, the library comes with many example programs, which currently
are compiled, *but not shipped in the binary*. What's the best way to
solve this? The GSL created a gsl-bin package where the examples go,
but somone in #debian-devel told me that it would be better to just
forgo such a package entirely and not attempt to compile the library
at all.

An alternative would be to ship the library as a precompiled header,
although I admit I don't know enough about this to gauge its
feasibility.

Thanks,
- Jordi G. H.
