Problem with code duplication in my package tuxcmd-modules

Hi

I have a problem to finalize my package tuxcmd-modules. First I had to
make a repackaged upstream source due to it ships else non-free
components, and further has some code duplication (e.g. ships own copy
of bzip2, but want to use system one).

Here I have a problem. The zip module in tuxcmd-modules uses
zibarchive, which ships a own, but modified zlib directory which
contains the source (e.g. zconf.h is different) for zlib.

The package in his current shape is uploaded to mentors.debian.net:
 - dget http://mentors.debian.net/debian/pool/main/t/tuxcmd-modules/tuxcmd-modules_0.6.50+dfsg-1.dsc

How can I handle bests this issue, do when possible prevent code
dublication?

Kind regards and thanks for your help
Salvatore
