Yes, because dh_clean (debhelper v7) runs a "rm -f *-stamp", from man page: It also removes common files that should not appear in a debian diff: #*# *~ DEADJOE *.orig *.rej *.SUMS TAGS .deps/* *.P *-stamp Uploaded again.
