Urgh, this is quite immature assertion, really. Could you please elaborate how 
to extract separate changes from your latter (all-in-all) diff.gz (since that 
is what Debian officially releases) and do you need any hints how to do it 
with the former diff.gz (I hope you don't)?

Good, but think about the ease of reviewing and human time spent in such a 
process.
