Please don't. If you want only iceweasel, use
/usr/lib/iceweasel/extensions/{mozvoikko-id}
FWIW, I might change how things are supposed to be put in
/usr/share/mozilla/extensions, because the current way doesn't make any
sense. For now, just take the same approach as other extensions.
