[ No problem, actually I saw the one on -mentors before :) ]

Great, thanks for the changes and the additional improvements.

I found two last small issues:
* I'd either rename debian/docs to debian/pacpl.docs or
  debian/pacpl.install to debian/install (just for consistency).
* In debian/copyright the last sentence is a bit misleading, when it
  says the GPL can be found at /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3.
  It should either be "the GPL, version 3, ..." or IMO better, since
  the package is GPL-3+ and /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL is a
  symlink to /usr/share/common-licenses/GPL-3:
  On Debian systems, the complete text of the GNU General
  Public License can be found in `/usr/share/common-licenses/GPL'.

I'll be happy to upload the package if you change this reference in
debian/copyright (or tell me to change it in order to avoid the
mentors.d.n ping-pong).

PS: I think this package would be a good candidate for the
applications "sub-project" of the Debian Perl Group, once this idea
gets reality ...

Cheers,
gregor
