All these synopses are overly long. They also need to be different:
they should distinguish what each package is. Refer to the guildelines
<URL:http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-best-pkging-practices#s-bpp-pkg-synopsis>.

Possible improved synopses:

    additional utilities for libglibmm (development files)
    additional utilities for libglibmm (runtime library)
    additional utilities for libgtkmm (development files)
    additional utilities for libgtkmm (runtime library)

You might like to show the full description here to inform better
synopses for these packages (and to help prospective sponsors more
easily decide on your packages).
