Added a watch file and changed the copyright file to the new format.

I tried to implement your suggestions. It seems to work but I am not good at 
scripting stuff.

Thanks. I already found one. Nevertheless It would be really nice if you can 
have a short look at the packages again to check if I got your suggestions 
right.
