Hmm, I don't get the informational message on lintian?? I have fixed your other two concerns but I am having no luck with --no-compile. Where exactly should I be putting that?

- XS-Python-Version and debian/version IMHO should not be different
- debian/dirs is not needed

Fixed all of these, I'll re-upload once I get libtpproto-py straightened out properly.
