Hello,
There is the new maintainers guide [1] and i would recommend you to
read pretty much every 'guide' you can find in
http://www.debian.org/doc/
Also next time try to use a translator (like.. google translator), i
think will be easier to communicate using it than writing half in
spanish, half in english (since not everybody can speak both
languages)

Existe la "guia de los nuevos mantenedores" [1] y yo te recomendaria
ademas basicamente cualquier guia o documentacion que encuentres en
http://www.debian.org/doc/
Tambien te recomendaria que la proxima vez intentes enviar mails
habiando traducido lo que querias decir con un traductor (como el de
google, por ejemplo). Creo que seria mas sencillo leer un texto
traducido con traductor que leer mitad de las palabras en ingles y la
otra mitad en castellano (ya que no todos pueden leer ambos idiomas)
