OTPW is easier to use if you can't/don't want to use a hardware token. It
can print out a list of passwords that you can take with you. Now, OPIE
can do this, but this makes it less secure since the password list is all
you need to authenticate; OTPW also requires the use of a prefix password
which you keep memorised.
