Shouldn't the effect of '-idoc/adasockets.info' be done inside debian/rules so that anyone can build the same package without the option?
I've not found an obvious way. But deleting it in the clean target seems a good workaround, as dpkg-source ignores the deletion, and then we don't get lots of spurious changes from regenerating that file.
(dpkg-buildpackage uses -rfakeroot by default anyway now, it's not needed.)
