OK, I read it, and I think I should file an RTP, to get someone
else to package it into debian, because I do not understand the nuances
of debian right now! Is that correct!

That way I will hopefully get someone who knows what they are doing to
put it into debian. I have already got it set up to create a .dsc
and .deb file.
