[RFS] libnss-pgsql

Hello Mentors,

Since I use "libnss-pgsql1" excessivly I have packed (with the permission
of Wichert) to pack the new version 1.4.0 for Debian. I have uploaded it
already to <mentors.debian.net>.

Also I like to be set to the new Maintainer. Pleas see the two attached
Messages.

Thanks, Greetings and nice Day

Hi Michelle,

I've retired from Debian and have not maintained any package in a long
time by now. If nobody else has taken up maintenance of the package feel
free to take it.

Wichert.
