It is funny, but the last ".2" is not insignificant change. See
upgrading-checklist.txt.gz:

 3.7.2.2                        Oct 2006
      * Maintainer scripts must not be world writeable (up from a
        should to a must)                                         [6.1]

IMHO, this is something that makes 3.7.2.0 and 3.7.2.2 two non-equal
Policy versions. I wonder why wasn't this 3.7.3.0 instead?
