sf.net sucks for getting source packages. please give the, at least, URI
to the *.dsc file and upload it somewhere where one can download the
files without having to open a browser (e.g. mentors.d.n).

however, i had a look at your package:

  * remove the useless empty line at the end of changelog

  * bump the standards version to the current one, check with lintian if
    there are no new errors.

  * debhelper (>= 4.0.0) is over-precises, debhelper (>= 4) is just
    enough.

  * remove configure related stanzas from rules.

  * remove dh_installman, you don't install a manpage aside from the
    upstream build-system, so you don't need that.

if the things above are fixed, i'll sponsor the package.
