well, there are people saying that mentors also count because it's
publically accessible, but i /personally/ think this is mooth.
users who actually use mentors.debian.net should know, that first, the
packages are unofficial and maybe broken, and second, they can change
without notice.
but.. everyone can make his own opinion on that, so i only recommend to
not bump the revision, but not insist on it.
