I made the deb a few days ago (it's been "officially" accepted, http://buoh.steve-o.org/download.html, but I don't know why the guy has marked "ubuntu" haha). Not so long passed since my email -a few days- to the ITP submitter, but still, the deb's there, ready for use.. what should "we" do? ~marco
