I really don't know how to fix these, debian/control contains
non-ascii characters, but it is in UTF-8, so I don't see a problem
here.

This is harmless. /usr/bin/Grr is a symlink to the wrapper
/usr/lib/GNUstep/System/Makefiles/gnustep-app-wrapper (provided by
gnustep-make 1.13.0-1). Previously, it was a symlink to
/usr/bin/gnustep-app-wrapper, but since it is not intended to be
executed directly, it will be removed after the release of Etch, so
I believe that's a good change. For all GNUstep apps and tools, the
executables in /usr/bin are symlinks to the relevant wrappers.
Hubert, could you please confirm that I'm right about this?

That's the right thing to do, I agree. Initially I made it so but I
thought that it was ugly and long and reverted the change. Now I
fixed this exactly as you describe.
