This is of course cool ;-). 
Here is how a prospective packaging procedure goes, in case you want to speed 
the things up:

- You examine WNPP [1] to check if anyone alse has claimed to package your 
programs. If there is someone, you might want to join his/her effort, 
otherwise you file ITP (Intent To Package) or RFP (Request For Package) 
wishlist bug.
- Read Debian New Maintainer's Guide, Debian Policy (note: this is a normative 
doc, you must comply with), and Debian Developer's Reference in order to get 
some knowledge about packaging.
- Upload your packages to mentors.debian.net and probably you will find a 
sponsor (a Debian Developer who has the time and will to check and upload 
these packages for you)
