I am the upstream and the mantainer of switchconf, that is present in
testing and unstable. I have prepared an updated package to be Policy
Complaint 3.7.2. The changelog for this version is
* updated to Standards Version 3.7.2
* use invoke-rc.d to start init.d scripts, if it exist
* removing martin f. krafft from Uploaders
