Uh, for that issue, you just need to ask upstream to
  s/FREEBSD PROJECT/VIRTUAL EXIM DEVELOPMENT TEAM/
.

This has nothing to do with whether or not it's a real BSD license.
It's just upstream being sloppy about copy-and-paste.
