http://bugs.debian.org/wnpp doesn't show any indication either.

The source package is a native one (instead of diff.gz
+ orig.tar.gz),
so there may be problems with it. It says the package was created using
yada, so finding a sponsor for it might be hard.
Paco Moya says that he has packaged Ice
latest version 3.0 , but I could not get the mail id to contact
him to know whether he would upload those packages to the debian
repository or not.
Now in this condition can I rasie an ITP for the same. Please let me know.
