That's a horribly out-of-date (and unofficial) copy. Not altogether
surprising given the history of that site, but...

http://buildd.debian.org/quinn-diff/Packages-arch-specific is much more
official and should be up to date (the canonical location is in CVS, but the
b.d.o copy should be no more than 24 hours behind)
