RFS: lis -- SVR4 compatible STREAMS (+help on lintian)

Hello mentors,

I have troubles with lintian on my package.. I obviously put a BuildDepends on
debhelper but wathever I try: lintian keeps complaining
E: lis source: package-uses-debhelper-but-lacks-build-depends


Of course you understand I'm actively looking for a sponsor for my work.
