Thank you, I will do that now. I only recently found where I was to 
retitle instead of expecting the submit address to handle it. I will 
merge these bugs.

I had not yet uploaded the .changes file. I was attempting to follow one 
of the Debian mirror's hierarchies to set up my apt source, and I was 
not sure where the changes file belonged in the hierarchy. Does it go in 
the same dir as the binary .deb or does it go with the source files?
