solution that's a wee bit expensive
think about this-what causes manila,the town of phil,to be over
populated?the people cause they go there to find jobs.Why dont they work in
their province?cause town have better oppurtunity to work.u see if we could
just promote provinces as the 'hub' centre for work,then all the filipinas
do not have to leave their home and cramp themselves in manila.you noe what
i mean if you just take a look at singapore.sure you would say its a small
country so they can manage so well but if you could just be optimistic,even
big countries culd do wat they do.just study singapore.
