hi,

I've been trying to package glurp, a gtk2.4+ client for MPD (already
in Debian), but my package won't pass the lintian test.
it fails saying:

and much more, in fact it says none of the files in the package are
actually there =(.
I've tried unpacking the package with dpkg -X, all files *are* there,
debsums seems happy with my package, and the
debian/glurp/DEBIAN/md5sums files does list the files lintian doesn't
find.

I'm attaching the lintian output.

also, I'd really like to help the Debian project by becoming an
official package maintainer, I've already packaged 2 other softwares:

gcursor: a gtk+ tool useful to manage xcursors.
  I've got the upstream authors blessing for packaging this software.

  There was, once upon a time, a try to package gcursor, that was
  thrown away on the argument that it should soon be included in gnome
  as a control-panel tool. This is nice, but the use of gcursor can be
  extended upon that: i.e. I use it to change my cursors when using fvwm,
  without any need to start gnome (or KDE as there is a kdelibs
  equivalent).

  I've already filed an ITP bug for gcursor, that can be found here:

  I've tried to fix the "bad English issues in this package, but it is
  not my natural language, so please suggest better words/sentences.

skippy: "a fullscreen X taskbar" says the author, it is just like
  apple's exposé, but faster than other equivalent software i have              
  tested.
  
  There are 2 version of this software:
   - one using plain old X implementation, that is fast, but doesn't
     handle window contents changing well.
   - one using the new XDamage and XComposite extensions introduced in
     X.org Xserver, i didn't package this version as i cannot test it.
     it is called skippy-xd.

  I have mailed the author, but had no reply. This is why there is no
  ITP on this package. Anyway, the licence is GPL, but I'd prefer to
  know the author agrees the debianization.
