Re: hey
[becoming a debian developer]
Go to <http://bugs.debian.org/release-critical/> and start fixing bugs.
Fire up your IRC client, point it to irc.debian.org and #debian-bugs and ask
which bugs require help. This weekend, there are bug squashing parties
planned - several real-life parties, and also a virtual party on
#debian-bugs, so there should be no shortage of people telling you what you
could do.
Go to <http://bugs.debian.org/wnpp> and look at all 'O:', 'RFP:' and 'RFA:'
entries and help improving the quality of software present in Debian or
package software people want in Debian.
Subscribe to the relevant lists from <http://lists.debian.org/i18n.html> and
help translating documentation.
Go to <http://bugs.debian.org/www.debian.org>, subscribe to the debian-www
list, read <http://www.debian.org/devel/website/> and help improving the
Debian web pages.
If you want to help Debian, do so - there's certainly enough to do.
greetings
