You know what an NMU is? If not, read the respective parts of the
Developer's Reference. I don't know what's the cause in your particular
case (and didn't download the package). But it seems that lintian thinks
this will be a non-maintainer-upload - perhaps because names in
debian/changelog and debian/control don't match?
