The problem starts right there. Even inside uxterm, when I run 'debchange', it
fetches my name from some place and decides that there is a mismatch between the
encodings:
q-funk@omena:~$ export LANG=fi_FI.UTF-8@euro LC_ALL=fi_FI.UTF-8@euro
q-funk@omena:~$ cd Projects/zirba-0.1/
q-funk@omena:~/Projects/zirba-0.1$ debchange
debchange warning: passwd full name field for uid 1000
is not UTF-8 encoded; ignoring
utf8 "\xC9" does not map to Unicode at /usr/bin/debchange line 642, <S> chunk 6.
debchange: Changelog unmodified; exiting.
