Eh, no. This will open a new bug-report (unless there is some special
case handling in the BTS code, which I doubt). Sending a mail to
control@bugs.debian.org with just
retitle 196473 ITA: epic4-script-splitfire -- the ONLY |<-lame irc script!
in its body should work.
