It has many pieces (the description above also states this). But I
think it will be too errorprone and complicated to split them all.

I think about splitting it into eli and odin (the latter is some
sort of make replacement, that handles the building of the compiler
and the interaction of the pieces of eli) since odin is installed
and can be used separatly (although I've not heart of it). But this
will be a 9/10 to 1/10 split.

Let's see if I find a sponsor. I will then happily implement all
substantiated changes :)
