Mathwar - Orphaned Package

Hi There,

A few really silly questions:

1) Is that package still orphaned?
 - I'd say so because upstream has gone to version 0.2.X

2) I want to adopt it
 - upstream author is happy
 - haven't heard from the maintainer Peter Crystal <darke@debian.org>
   but in absence of correspondence I'm assuming this is still the case

..but I can't work out HOW to do the part that says "Change the O: to
ITA:".

*or* for that matter what to do now.
