Hi all, If I have a package with fixes that I think may be worthy of going into a stable point release, do I - just upload it to proposed-updates (by setting the distribution to stable in the changelog) and assume that if it is not worthy, it will simply be ignored/rejected; - email the stable release manager about it before doing anything else; or - something else? I think it's the first option, but I'm not 100% sure and don't feel like making a mess of it. TIA, Phil.
