RTS: tuxeyes

Hi,

 I am looking for a sponsor of tuxeyes. Which is a fancy version of
xeyes, but showing Tux, and other GNU figures on your screen. Changes:
* New maintainer (Closes:  #219065)
* Use multi threaded QT library, patch from
  Brian Nelson <pyro@debian.org> (Closes: #215138)
* Updated upstream homepage and email address
* New standards version
