RFS: lincvs -- A graphical CVS frontend

Hi.

I intend to adopt lincvs.
New packages (that also fix the RC bug of lincvs)
are available at http://www.lichtenheld.de/debian/
(or apt: deb http://www.lichtenheld.de/debian/ ./)

Description: A graphical CVS frontend
 LinCVS enhances the ease-of-use of CVS (Concurrent Versions System)
 by providing a simple, intuitive graphic interface to CVS.
 .
 With the GUI and mouse, you can quickly and easily review the CVS
 status of files or groups of files or of entire directory trees.
 You can also quickly initiate common CVS commands without the
 need for typing long command lines with many option flags.

Changes:
 lincvs (1.2.0-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New upstream release
   * Remove unneeded debian/README.Debian
   * Use manpage from upstream
   * tools/*.sh: move all helper scripts to examples. They should only
     be in PATH if actually needed.
 .
 lincvs (1.1.6-2) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New maintainer (closes: #189152)
   * debian/rules, debian/compat: Update to debhelper 4. Remove unneeded
     dh_* calls from debian/rules on the way.
   * debian/docs: Install more documentation
   * debian/rules: Install start-ssh.sh as example only, as it requires
     non-trivial manual intervention to work
   * Update Standards-Version to 3.6.1:
     + debian/rules: support DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS
   * First official upload of new upstream version (closes: #189408):
     + using QT3 (closes: #198538)
     + should not ignore hidden directories anymore (closes: #196905)
   * tools/start-ssh.sh: add shebang line
 .
 lincvs (1.1.6-1) unstable; urgency=low
 .
   * New Upstream Version.
   * Now using QT3
   * Unofficial package
