If you are going to be maintaining these packages, it would be a good idea
to accumulate more clue about perl modules before uploading them, so that
you are able to effectively deal with problems that arise.
You might solicit the help of someone who already maintains a number of perl
packages and would be willing to help.
If you are not an official developer yet, your sponsor might be willing.
