Hi,

I updated my previously posted tips for building and maintaining
unofficial packages.

Changes are (thanks to some of your suggestions):
* mention the official packaging guide, the Developers Reference.
* use dh_make -f switch instead of manual renaming
* describe a versioning scheme that does not clash with NMUs
* use the dput `local' method
* use mini-dinstall
